You’re standing on ground that’s seen it all—royalty, rock legends, and old Hollywood stars. This stretch of Kailua Beach was once a private retreat for Hawaiian kings and queens, drawn here by the same beauty and peace you’ll experience.

In the 1920s, a simple beach bungalow stood on our current property, offering a quiet hideaway for film icons looking to escape the spotlight.

Fast forward to the 1960s, and it’s where The Beatles slipped away from the chaos of Waikiki, trading screaming crowds for the calm of ocean waves and tropical breezes.

Each bedroom offers a California King bed and a private en-suite bath, ensuring restful luxury throughout your stay.

The estate comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests across four private residences, each blending modern island elegance with refined comfort.
