What a beautiful setting, right on Kailua beach, and the amenities are first class. Everyone loved their stay because we had a separate villa for each family, which made it peaceful and cozy. The kids had so much fun, lots of room to play and things to do. We will definitely be back!

Memories of Kailua Shores Estate will last a lifetime! The setting is hard to beat, and all separate villas are truly comfortable, spacious and offered a lot of privacy! The place was incredibly tidy and well maintained. The owners ensured we had everything and on top of that, they greeted us with the most bountiful “Aloha Welcome Basket” and exquisite flowers. Their generosity was felt throughout our entire stay. The estate was well stocked and prepared, plentiful toys and games to play.

We cannot say enough about this place. We loved it! From the moment we walked through the gate, we were greeted by expansive gardens, pool, pond, and a tennis court. The four homes layout was just perfect for our large family and the amenities were more than we needed. Everyone had privacy, yet plenty of gathering place by the pool and bar and gardens. The kids loved playing tennis, basketball, and the beach is right in the backyard. And what a perfect beach for the kids to play! Plenty of equipment and toys for everybody. This property has it all! Every bedroom is spacious and comfortable with its own bath, open living space, relaxing, nicely furnished. Always a nice breeze going through. We left totally re-energized, and wishing we had stayed a few more days. I look forward to planning another visit in a not too distant future.

It is a pleasure to write a review for the Kailua Shores Estate for our family’s stay celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Let me begin by saying Carole, the property host manager, is awesome!  She is very personable, articulate, and responds to all communications promptly. The property is basically your own personal resort. You won’t want to leave! The accommodations, gardens, grounds, pool, spa, tennis court, backyard, and beach access are all at your fingertips. The houses’ layouts are open, inviting, tastefully decorated, along with being immaculate with each having their own lanais. Outside seating and dining are terrific for any family size. We had 12 family members and it was perfect to gather at the main house lanai to enjoy meals together in the evenings. The evening lighting on the property turns the property into a magical place! Bedrooms were large with comfortable bedding and bathroom ensuite. Bathrooms had top line towels. Beach towels, beach toys, and other beach accessories are all present! No need to pack those items at all. The outside showers and water hose to wash off the sand were appreciated. Kitchens were supplied with all items necessary to cook. The location was great and we traveled almost every day to various sites on the island. In summary, this estate is like paradise! Each of our family truly enjoyed our visit and lifetime memories were made. Thank you Carole for being a wonderful host!
